Management Policy (Quality Policy)
This policy was originally prepared in the Japanese language, which language shall control, and any translation in any other language shall be for reference only and shall not bind you or the Company.

Our basic principle is to contribute to the resolution of social problems, the development of local communities, and creation of a better environment through our corporate activities.
2. Basic Policy
Based on our basic principle, we will make our employees aware of the importance of complying with legal and regulatory requirements and of creating and providing value to achieve true success for our customers through our business. In addition, we will continuously improve management systems to enable high quality organizational discipline and products, and establish quality target standards and conduct review in order to realize this management policy (quality policy).
